About Chloe
Founder/Esthetician
Originally born in San Francisco, Chloe Narushchen grew up with a passion for aesthetics and beauty. At age 20 she graduated from the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology with a degree in Cosmetology. She worked in San Francisco as a session stylist and then retailed many brands of skincare in the East Bay.
There she found her love for everything skin and the science behind the services. With a love for continued education, she received her esthetics license and degree in Chemistry.
After working at one of the top 10 Med Spas in Sacramento, doing everything from training to being featured on Good Morning Sacramento, she’s honored to help guide her clients to their dream skin.
Considered to be an expert in the treatment of acne and aging gracefully, Chloe is excited to meet you and come along on your skin journey.

Dewdrop Skin Company was created by Chloe Narushchen in 2022 after years of experience at other salons. Seeing the amount of environmental waste, Chloe’s goal is to have the most green conscious space possible. With impeccable ethics and very high standards of cleanliness, here the client always comes first.
We aim to provide result driven services, and will always leave time before and after appointments for questions and conversation. We explain each service in detail and never compromise on morals or values.
